Business Development Space & Satellite Platforms
We are hiring a Business Development professional to drive market expansion for our software platforms used in the space and satellite ecosystem.
You will work closely with satellite manufacturers, operators, and decision-makers across industry and policy bodies. This role requires strong product understanding, ownership of opportunities, and the ability to convert conversations into commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Learn the product in depth and independently explain its value to customers
- Identify and engage satellite manufacturers, operators, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Drive discussions from initial engagement through commercial closure and deployment
- Own opportunities end-to-end: outreach, meetings, proposals, and closure
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams on demos and positioning
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and forums
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in business development, strategy, or solution sales
- Comfortable with complex products and long sales cycles
- Proven ability to close commercial engagements or revenue-generating deals
- Strong ownership and follow-through accountability matters
- Familiarity with the space or satellite ecosystem is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
Role Details
- Full-time | India
- Remote role requiring 3 hours of daily overlap with team members across India, Europe, and the US time zones, plus travel on a need basis
- Compensation: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives, aligned with experience. Structured progression after the initial probation period and performance-based upside
