What You'll Do
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to fuel company growth.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Strategize and execute effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to expand the brand's reach and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to consistently meet goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of the services offered by a digital marketing company, including branding, designing function, performance marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and business presentations.
- Create and edit basic presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, creative, and operations for seamless client delivery.
- Maintain client data, track performance, and present actionable insights to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, forecast opportunities, and improve the sales funnel.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and bring innovative ideas to the table to strengthen the business development function.
What We're Looking For
- 45 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
- Experience in a leadership role, leading a team of Business Development Executives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to strategize and implement GTM plans effectively.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to communicate their value confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and driven to exceed targets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
