Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Chennai. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales and revenue targets, conducting market research to identify trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies. You will also focus on expanding the customer base and ensuring company solutions align with market demands.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and business opportunities
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute growth-focused plans
• Understanding of fleet and logistics operations, or relevant industry knowledge, is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
