Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Managers at Datafuel | Mumbai (On-site)

At Datafuel, we help Amazon & eCommerce brands scale through performance-driven systems, automation, and growth strategies.

We're looking for a Growth Manager who can own GTM, lead a BD team, and drive end-to-end sales execution. This is a player-coach role where you'll manage strategy while actively closing deals and mentoring the team.

Role Highlights:
• Own GTM strategy & outbound execution
• Lead and mentor a 2-member BD team
• Handle demos, negotiations & closures
• Build SOPs, scripts & scalable sales processes
• Drive team targets and pipeline forecasting

Preferred Background:
• 2–5+ years in B2B Sales / Growth
• SaaS, eCommerce, Amazon or D2C experience preferred
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Data-driven and target-oriented minds.

Compensation - upto 12 LPA including incentives

Location: Mumbai (On-site)
