Role Description
As an BDM at telecrm, you will be the first point of contact for leads generated through various digital channels. Your role is to engage, qualify, and convert these leads into customers while ensuring a fast and structured sales process. You will work entirely on telecrm, leveraging its built-in calling, WhatsApp tracking, and automation features to manage your pipeline efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement
- Connect with leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website forms, and other integrated platforms
- Ensure quick response time to all incoming inquiries
- Handle both inbound and outbound communication effectively telecrm ensures all leads are automatically captured in one dashboard, eliminating manual tracking
Sales Conversations & Conversion
- Understand customer requirements and position telecrm as the right solution
- Conduct product walkthroughs and explain features clearly
- Handle objections confidently and move leads toward closure
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate lead stages, notes, and follow-up schedules inside telecrm
- Track every interaction including calls, WhatsApp chats, and meetings All communication is logged in a unified system, giving complete visibility on each lead
Follow-up & Discipline
- Ensure consistent follow-ups using reminders and workflows
- Re-engage inactive or delayed leads
- Maintain strong follow-up hygiene to maximize conversions
Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily activities such as calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Use telecrm dashboards and reports to improve performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead conversion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, or B2B sales
- Familiarity with handling digital or social media leads
- Prior experience using CRM tools
