Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time on-site role at our Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and converting sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining and updating customer records, following up on leads, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication
  • Experience in Market Research and Lead Generation
  • Basic understanding of software development and technology training is a plus
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the IT or education sector, is preferred
