Role Overview
The Assistant Manager / Manager Sales (Branding Solutions) will lead B2C premium client acquisition, manage long-term relationships, and drive business growth for CVants flagship branding and consulting services. The ideal candidate will blend strategic selling with account engagement to convert high-potential leads into lasting clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of premium B2C clients for CVants branding and creative service lines.
- Strategically pitch end-to-end branding, content, and visibility solutions to individual professionals and executives.
- Build, manage, and nurture client relationships for sustained engagement and referrals.
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction levels.
- Develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations customized to client goals.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and operations teams for seamless project delivery.
- Leverage CRM tools to track pipelines, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Represent CVant at client meetings, seminars, and brand initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 58 years in B2C sales, preferably in branding, creative, media or advertising sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, or creative service models.
- Ability to build rapport with premium and HNI clientele.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and closing capability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
