Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly self driven and experienced Key Account Manager (Team Leader) who can independently manage key clients, lead the client service team, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be excellent at relationship management, team coordination, and meeting business targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling & Account Management
- Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and expectations thoroughly.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure timely communication, updates, and issue resolution for all assigned clients.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and guide the client servicing team, ensuring they meet performance goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, production, creative, lead generator, etc.) for smooth project execution.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and progress evaluations regularly.
Follow-ups & Sales Growth
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups on all client requirements and potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with the lead generation and sales teams to convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through account growth and new opportunities.
- Identify potential business expansion areas within existing accounts.
Business Development
- Meet new clients, pitch company services, and explain the benefits of partnering with 360 Solutions.
- Explore new industries and segments for potential business.
- Use market insights, references, past experience, and networking to generate new leads.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to promote the company.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain updated records of client activities, project status, and revenue progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client service, team performance, and business pipeline.
- Share insights and strategies with management to boost company growth.
Requirements:
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Manager, or Team Leader (event industry preferred).
- Strong leadership abilities with prior team management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects independently.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of event management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and field activities.
