Location: Andheri East Mumbai (WFO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (B2B Alliances) to lead corporate and institutional growth initiatives. This individual will establish partnerships with enterprises, government organizations, colleges, universities, and cybersecurity consulting firms to expand our training footprint, certification programs, and workforce development projects.

This is a high-impact role for someone with strong business acumen, a passion for cybersecurity, and a proven record in building corporate alliances or institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate & Institutional Partnerships

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances with corporations, government departments, universities, and IT organizations.
  • Pitch cybersecurity upskilling programs, customized corporate training, and academic collaborations.
  • Drive partnerships for employee development, internship pipelines, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

2. Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Develop a robust pipeline of corporate leads and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through partnership-driven initiatives.

3. Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with the technical and training departments to design customized Cyber Security training solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to co-develop campaigns, events, and case studies that attract institutional partners.
  • Maintain strong post-partnership relationships to ensure repeat engagements and referrals.

4. Government & Academia Engagement

  • Liaise with academic institutions for integration of cybersecurity modules into curriculum.
  • Collaborate with Skill India, NSDC, and other government initiatives to align programs with national skill development goals.
  • Participate in cybersecurity summits, forums, and public sector tenders to represent the brand.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Research and analyse cybersecurity training market trends, competitor offerings, and partnership opportunities.
  • Provide insights to leadership on new verticals, potential alliances, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Maintain an updated CRM with partnership progress and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 57 years of experience in business development, corporate alliances, or institutional partnerships.
  • Proven track record of developing B2B relationships within education, training, IT, or cybersecurity sectors.
