Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager for Polymer additives . The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, ifentify duppliers , building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating strategies to expand client portfolios, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires regular reporting on business development activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Client Relationship Management for polymer additives
• Knowledge of Polymers, Additives, Recycling, Specialty Chemicals is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical skills for conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• minimum work experience of 2 years in polymer additives in distribution industry
