Business Development Manager

We are looking for someone to generate business from different Colleges and Universities. The ideal candidate will be someone who can establish and maintain good relationships with top authorities of various colleges and universities for business tie-ups.

Job Location:Indore. Also looking for Bhopal and Bengaluru locations.

Designation: Business Development Manager

Experience: Min 2 years (B2B Sales, in the same industry)

Job Responsibilities:

Need to do market research to identify potential clients.

Conduct face-to-face meetings for business tie-ups.

To generate new business through cold calling, aligning meetings both online and offline, identifying prospects by doing research online and through social media, finding out relevant Educational events acrossterritories, responsible for collections, andkeep the sales team and respective senior management updated on the same.

To provide proper solutions to clients queries and give after-sales support, responding to complaints from clients whenever required.

Understand client requirements, draft a proposal accordingly, and work towards the execution of the MOU.

Maintain the regular reports of sales activities, including calls made, lead generation, and deals closed

Maintain good relationships with existing clients and proper follow-up with potential clients to build relationships and convert them into a long term client.

Contribute to the overall client satisfaction by promptly responding to them either on the phone or via email.

Able to anticipate, inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, issues, and client expectations in coordination with the backend team.

Requirement

Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and coordination skills.

A good team player with a high level of energy, dedication, and learning attitude.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets.

Efficient in conducting Online Meetings through tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams etc.

Should have either a Car or a 2-wheeler to move around for local coverage.

Education qualification: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree

Last but not least, a person with a positive and growth mindset.
