We are seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive business growth across Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and large enterprises. The role focuses on acquiring new logos, expanding strategic accounts, and positioning the organization as a trusted talent partner through end-to-end workforce solutions.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Shift Timing: 9:30 am - 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Account Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within GCCs and large enterprises
- Build and leverage strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Leaders, Procurement, and Business Heads
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth
Solution Selling
- Sell end-to-end Talent Solutions including:
- IT & Non-IT Staffing
- Hiring Programs (RPO, Volume Hiring, Campus)
- Executive Search
- Managed Talent & Related Services
- Position solutions aligned to clients business objectives, growth plans, and talent challenges
Sales Lifecycle Ownership
- Own the complete sales cycle from:
- Lead generation & qualification
- Client meetings and discovery workshops
- Solution design & value proposition
- Commercial negotiations & contracting
- Closure and seamless account handover to delivery teams
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client workforce strategies, scalability needs, and future roadmaps
- Maintain strong executive-level engagement to drive renewals, expansions, and referrals
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, recruitment, finance, and leadership teams to ensure solution feasibility, pricing alignment, and client satisfaction
- Support delivery teams during transitions and critical escalations when required
Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Track opportunities, revenue, and conversions using CRM tools
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and margin targets
Brand Representation & Networking
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, conferences, and informal relationship-building platforms
- Strengthen market presence and brand credibility within the enterprise and GCC ecosystem
Desired Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales / staffing & talent solutions
- Proven success selling into GCCs and large enterprises
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
