About the Job

We are looking to hire an International Business Development Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience in selling Custom Application development services to North America, Europe and Australia clients. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant and enthusiastic company and become an integral part of the early growth. An ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about selling IT services and pre-sales support.

Responsibilities

Develop plans and strategies for developing business end-to-end and achieving the sales goals

Train and provide guidance to team members and business development issues

Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support

Analyse business and review future prospective for same

Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development

Develop international networks and clusters

Ensure that marketing communication materials are updated periodically

Monitor and report monthly to the Management about market performance against agreed targets by preparing regular reports on key sales metrics and KPIs

Building pipelines with partners and team members to close sales

Email and Cold calling to connect connecting with multiple potential prospects

Requirements

5 to 8 years of Work Experience in IT services Business Development (Custom Application Development preferred in international markets)

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Very high ethical standards

Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
