Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive / Lead Manager to expand our IT staffing and recruitment services. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing the right talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, IT managers, and decision-makers.

  • Understand client hiring requirements and offer tailored staffing solutions.

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and business growth targets.

  • Prepare proposals, pitches, and business reports for clients and management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

  • Proven experience in IT staffing, recruitment sales, or business development.

  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • Experience with CRM and staffing tools is a plus.
