Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager who can drive growth while owning end-to-end client relationships.

This role blends new business acquisition with client servicing, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Acquisition

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic prospecting
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Leverage industry connections to unlock new revenue streams

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring long-term engagement and growth
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive servicing

3. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
  • Translate insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Identify emerging opportunities within the Goa and wider market

4. Proposal & Pitch Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling, insight-led proposals
  • Present solutions that clearly articulate value and ROI
  • Lead client pitches and negotiations

5. Sales Execution & Performance Management

  • Own revenue targets and consistently deliver against them
  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with broader business and growth objectives

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and delivery teams
  • Ensure seamless execution from pitch to project delivery

Who You Are

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Business Development / Sales (Events, Marketing, or Services industry preferred)
  • Language: Proficiency in Konkani and English is essential
  • Communication: Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate client needs into business opportunities
  • Relationship Builder: Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data and insights to inform decisions
  • Driven: Results-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
