Role & responsibilities:
Business Development Manager (HNI Clients)
- Client Acquisition & OnboardingEngage with HNI and corporate clients, convert leads and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Relationship ManagementMaintain strong, long-term relationships, act as the main contact, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Business GrowthIdentify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services and achieve set targets.
- Meetings & TravelAttend client meetings within Mumbai and occasionally travel domestically for business Meetings with Clients.
- Team CoordinationCollaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.
- ReportingMaintain client records and submit regular activity and performance reports.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Have2-5 years experiencein BD, client servicing, or sales(BFSI / SaaS industry preferred).
- Are confident, persuasive, and relationship-focused.
- Are comfortable with travel and face-to-face business interactions.
