Role & responsibilities:

Business Development Manager (HNI Clients)

  1. Client Acquisition & OnboardingEngage with HNI and corporate clients, convert leads and ensure smooth onboarding.
  2. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong, long-term relationships, act as the main contact, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  3. Business GrowthIdentify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services and achieve set targets.
  4. Meetings & TravelAttend client meetings within Mumbai and occasionally travel domestically for business Meetings with Clients.
  5. Team CoordinationCollaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.
  6. ReportingMaintain client records and submit regular activity and performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Have2-5 years experiencein BD, client servicing, or sales(BFSI / SaaS industry preferred).
  • Are confident, persuasive, and relationship-focused.
  • Are comfortable with travel and face-to-face business interactions.
