Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and target potential customers, including enterprises, SMBs, and government agencies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and new market segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and ensure alignment with their cybersecurity goals.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's cybersecurity products and services.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, and white papers.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years and above of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
