Sr. Business Development Manager - Private Wealth

Role Overview

The Wealth Manager will drive AUM growth and expansion of Borderless distribution network. This is a revenue-focused role requiring strong partner acquisition, relationship management, and global investment advisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AUM growth through partner channels and direct client engagement

• Onboard and activate new distribution partners (wealth firms, IFAs, private banks, RIAs)

• Grow wallet share and productivity of existing partners

• Support HNIs and institutions with global diversification strategies

• Present relevant global investment opportunities and assist in execution

• Work with research and product teams to stay ahead of market trends

• Track pipeline, inflows, and partner performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics; MBA preferred

• 6+ years in wealth management and partner onboarding

• Proven track record of partner acquisition and AUM growth

• Strong understanding of global investment products

• Experience working with HNIs and distributor networks

• CFA/CFP or equivalent preferred
