Roles & Responsibilities
To develop and establish Rhenocoll Coating, Adhesive and other speciality product in Indian Market
Identify customer, prepare strategy to introduce plan and execute
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Manage key accounts.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Monitor competitors activities & prepare plan to market Rhenocoll Product.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
Assisting the Director in coordinating and guiding all operational aspects of the organisation.
Assisting the Director with regard to the implementation of business improvements, new guidelines or strategies.
Keeping Track on the product inventory
Routine MIS activities (Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork)
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Paint Technology / BSC in Paint Technology
Minimum 6 to 8 years of work experience in Technical Sales & Marketing, Business Development of paints, coatings and adhesive.
Key Competencies
Basic knowledge of paints, adhesive and its applications
Good knowledge of Spraying applications automatic & robotics
Should able to co ordinate with Germany and implement the thought and idea in Indian Market
Interpersonal Skills
Communication - verbal and written proficiency
Excellent project planning, change and time-management capabilities
Proven organizational skills and experience in operational management
Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation
Innovative
Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Effective leadership capability
Good judgement and decision-making skills
