Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves developing growth strategies, building and maintaining relationships with Real estate developer client with 3 to 5 years of experience , and collaborating with internal teams to increase sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Sell digital marketing services, web-based SaaS products, and Product Demo.
Managing end-to-end business processes right from pitching, planning and closing the deal.
* Generate leads, schedule meetings respective of the location assigned.
* Explain the benefits and features of the Cpbroadcast application and its packages.
* Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for recurring business.
* Handle negotiation, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
* Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions using CRM.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
* Track and report daily field activities, visit logs, and sales conversions.
