Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to generate revenue for our products by managing both B2B and B2C sales. You will be responsible for visiting colleges, building student relationships, and networking to drive business growth. This role requires strong communication skills and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue for our products in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Visit assigned colleges to build student relationships and network with key influencers.
  • Drive business growth by generating leads and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the manager.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in Field Sales is a must.
  • Proven ability to be a target achiever.
  • Proficient in MS-Word and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Good convincing and counseling skills.
  • Knowledge of various sales strategies and techniques.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Any graduate.
