About the Company: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual for to join our Client Coverage team in Mumbai in the Financial Services vertical. This is a pivotal role for an individual with a strong background in Banking, NBFC & HFC, Fintech sectors with a proven ability to cultivate and expand relationships with institutional clients. You will be instrumental in driving business opportunities relating to investment banking, advisory and consultancy solutions.
About the Role: Your Mission at TruBoard:
- Client Partnerships: Strategically manage and nurture relationships with institutional clients, including Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, ARCs, identifying and presenting new business to the company.
- Investment Banking / Advisory Services: Originate, structure, and execute pool sales (NPA / Standard) and fund raising transactions between investors and borrowers, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless execution.
- End-to-End Deal Management: Oversee due diligence, valuations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for successful product and pool sales.
- New Business Creation: Proactively identify and create new business avenues within the financial services sector.
- Business Development for Monitoring Assignments: Drive business development efforts for specialized monitoring assignments such as Bank Account & Cash Flow monitoring, Expense Approvals, Covenant & Compliance Monitoring, etc from various capital providers like AIFs, Funds, NBFCs, Banks, etc.
- Insights & Reporting: Deliver business proposals, presentations, and MIS reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Market Development: Identify emerging opportunities in the financial services segment and financial asset transactions to drive business growth.
Qualifications: What We Value:
- Experience: 3–7 years in business development, financial services, fintech product sales, or structured asset/pool transactions.
- Education: MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of investment banking, distressed assets, securitization, and pool transactions.
- Sales & Relationship Acumen: Proven track record in business development and building strong client relationships with institutional stakeholders.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong Excel and financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret valuations and structure transactions.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills to align internal teams and external partners towards successful deal closure.
