About the Role

WhiteSwan is looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Business Development Manager with strong expertise in channel partner management, banking tie-ups, real estate sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to real estate, banking, financial services, home loans, or property sales ecosystems and should be capable of driving revenue growth through channel sales and institutional partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners across Bangalore
  • Conduct partner engagement activities, training sessions, and sales enablement programs
  • Track channel partner performance and improve lead conversion ratios
  • Generate business through CP network and referral ecosystem


Business Tie-ups & Partnerships

  • Build strategic alliances with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and corporate partners
  • Initiate and close business tie-ups for customer acquisition and lead generation
  • Coordinate with banking partners for home loan assistance and customer support
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements


Sales & Business Development

  • Drive property sales and revenue generation through B2B and B2C channels
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, roadshows, and property campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing teams for lead generation initiatives


Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with HNI clients, investors, and key stakeholders
  • Handle customer queries, property presentations, and deal closures
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support


Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
  • Prepare sales MIS reports, pipeline reports, and partnership performance updates
  • Provide insights to management for business growth strategies


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 4–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development / Banking Partnerships
  • Strong understanding of home loans, mortgage products, banking processes, and channel sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong networking and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
