Job Summary

BXI Technologies is seeking a high-performing and visionary Sales Hunter to drive growth across cutting-edge domains Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Engineering, and Cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with a hunter mindset, capable of managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure while also mentoring a small team.

This role demands a proactive leader who can own revenue targets, build C-level relationships, and create tailored service-led solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales lifecycle lead generation, qualification, solution development, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Sales Strategy: Define and execute sales strategies for AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity services in enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Revenue Accountability: Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with CXOs and senior IT leaders, positioning BXI as a trusted transformation partner.
  • Solution Collaboration: Work closely with delivery and technical teams to design and present tailored service solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with emerging technology trends and customer needs.
  • Partnership Ecosystem: Strengthen alliances with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cybersecurity vendors to enhance service offerings.
  • Innovation Advocacy: Stay updated on trends in Gen AI, Blockchain, and Zero Trust Security to provide thought leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small, high-performing sales team to deliver on targets and maintain operational discipline.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring data-driven forecasting and reporting.
  • Industry Presence: Represent BXI Technologies at conferences, partner events, and strategic client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in technology services sales, focusing on AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure in services, not product sales.
  • Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of hybrid/multi-cloud environments, AI/ML applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English with strong proficiency in French and/or German to manage European client interactions.
  • Revenue Focus: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools and applying data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Work Background: Preferably from startup or mid-sized IT services firms, with a track record of agility and innovation.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex technology trends into measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Gen AI, Blockchain, or advanced Cybersecurity service offerings.
  • Established network within enterprise technology and digital transformation ecosystems.
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
