Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you willbe responsible foridentifyingnew business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, expanding broker networks, and closing deals for coworking and managed office solutions. This role demands a strong network within the real estate community, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Broker & Channel Partner Management
- Build, expand, and nurture strong relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular broker meets, property walkthroughs, and updates regardingDevXinventory.
- Ensure brokers have updated information on pricing, availability, and offerings.
- Drive consistent lead flow and conversions through broker channels.
2. Client Acquisition & Lead Conversion
- Identifyand engage potential clients looking for coworking, enterprise offices, and managed office solutions.
- Conduct cold outreach, manage inbound inquiries, and deliver impactful sales pitches.
- Understand client requirements and create customized workspace solutions.
- Host site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
3. Corporate & Builder Partnerships
- Develop and manage partnerships with builders,landlords, IPCs, and corporate real estate teams.
- PositionDevXas their preferred workspace partner for new developments or client needs.
- Explore joint marketing initiatives and market expansion strategies.
4. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain a structured and updated sales pipeline with clear follow-up actions.
- Use CRM tools to log interactions, track lead status, and forecast revenue.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to the management team.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay updated on coworking, commercial real estate, and flex workspace trends.
- Analyzecompetitor offerings, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Identifynew micro-markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic inputs to refineDevX'ssales and expansion strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 47 years of experience in business development or sales within coworking, commercial real estate, flex spaces, or related industries.
- Experience in managing high-value accounts and closing enterprise deals is a plus.
