Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing drone light show contracts with corporate clients. This role focuses on branded events, product launches, corporate celebrations, sporting events, exhibitions, and large-scale marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate opportunities for drone light shows.
  • Target industries such as automotive, real estate, entertainment, government, FMCG, technology, and large event agencies.
  • Build relationships with marketing directors, brand managers, event agencies, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Develop customized drone show concepts aligned with client branding and campaign objectives.
  • Lead proposal development including creative concepts, budgeting, and technical feasibility coordination.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value corporate deals.
  • Collaborate with creative, technical, operations, and aviation compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and corporate networking events.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat annual and campaign-based projects.
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate sales, event production, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong network within corporate marketing and event agencies.
  • Proven experience managing high-value B2B accounts.
  • Understanding of live event production or technology-based entertainment solutions is a plus.
