Roll Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding BIGBEE's corporate clientele across various industries.

The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, pitching customized event and experiential solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate will work closely with internal creative, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for events, experiential marketing, and engagement solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Marketing, Admin, Procurement, and Corporate Communication teams.
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, references, LinkedIn, industry events, and strategic outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized experiential and event solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and pitch decks.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/reporting systems.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.

Qualification & Skills

  • Strong corporate sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B corporate sales and client acquisition.
  • Prior experience in event management, experiential marketing, advertising, branding, MICE, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong network and experience handling corporate clients and enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand client briefs and convert opportunities into business.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred Experience

    • 3–8 years of experience in corporate sales/business development.
    • Experience in event management, experiential marketing, media, advertising, branding, or hospitality sectors will be an added advantage.
    • Existing corporate contacts and industry network in Bengaluru are preferred.
