Role Overview

The Manager – Business Development will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role involves strategic planning, proposal development, and negotiation to secure and expand business partnerships. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and event teams to align business objectives with project execution and ensure consistent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the event, entertainment, and sports sectors.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and pitches.
  • Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business strategies align with project goals.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts to enhance visibility and reach.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in business development or sales, preferably within the events, entertainment, or sports industries.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage client relationships.
  • Experience in market research, strategy formulation, and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
