Business Development Manager - Luxury Lifestyle & UHNI Services

Looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading global luxury lifestyle services organization. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to managing and acquiring Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI/HNI) clients and a proven ability to drive premium client engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with affluent and high-profile clientele
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new UHNI/HNI clients
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closures
  • Achieve revenue and business growth targets
  • Develop strategic partnerships within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, and premium service ecosystems
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates
  • Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support business expansion

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Prior experience handling UHNI/HNI clients is essential
  • Background from luxury lifestyle, hospitality, concierge, wealth management, premium retail, aviation, or related industries preferred
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities
  • Self-driven, commercially astute, and target-oriented professional
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment

  • Strong executive presence and polished personality
  • Existing network within affluent client circles is an advantage
  • Service-oriented mindset with a consultative selling approach

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related discipline
