Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager (B2B). The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to expand NoBrokerHood's foothold in the market. Key responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering customized solutions. This role also involves conducting market research, onboarding new clients, and meeting revenue targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to B2B clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Negotiating Contracts
  • Strong Market Research and Analysis capabilities
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and deliver on targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and proficiency in sales strategy implementation
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in the prop-tech or technology-driven services industry, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
