Sales - Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes - Novella Kitchens

Location: DLF Phase - 1 sector 28, ( Near to the Phase 1 Metro station)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years ( in the same industry)

Industry: Furniture, Modular Kitchens & Home Furnishings

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Development Manager- B2B Architect Sales who can strengthen our presence in the Delhi NCR market, build strong B2B relationships, and contribute to our growth in the modular kitchen and wardrobe segment.

Role and Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
  • Actively travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings (own conveyance is mandatory).
  • Analyse market trends and conduct research to identify new business avenues.
  • Manage client interaction throughout the sales cycle, from initial meeting to closure.
  • Drive demands generation for modular kitchen in Delhi NCR.
  • Present Novella Kitchens with confidence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Build a structural funnel of high qualifying leads for company owned retail store.

Must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in interiors, architecture, or modular kitchens.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing abilities.
  • Strong networking skills and an existing B2B relationship base with Architects (preferred).
  • Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable with regular field travel within Delhi NCR.
