Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and technically aware Business Development Representative (BDR) to support business growth across advanced and emerging technology domains. This role involves lead generation, outbound sales, client discovery, and pipeline development for high-value technology services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for services including AI/ML, AR/VR, Game Development, Interactive Technology, Embedded Systems, IoT, Projection Mapping, Custom Web & Mobile Apps, and IT Staff Augmentation
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and industry platforms
- Engage with prospects to understand technical and business requirements
- Coordinate with technical, product, and delivery teams to align solutions
- Prepare proposals, capability decks, pricing discussions, and follow-ups
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in business development or sales within technology or IT services
- Strong understanding of one or more domains: AI/ML, AR/VR, Game Development, Interactive Systems, Embedded Systems, IoT, Projection Mapping, or Custom Software Development
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Good to Have
- Experience selling complex or emerging technology solutions
- Exposure to international markets such as US, UK, Europe, or Middle East
- Experience in IT staff augmentation or project-based sales models
- Basic understanding of pricing models, contracts, and proposal structures
