Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with teams to develop and implement strategic business plans. The role also involves significant research on market trends and competitor analysis to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is highly desirable
