Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager at NextGenSoft Technologies LLP will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the complete sales lifecycle for Cloud, Data, DevOps, and AI-led services. With 710 years of experience in IT services sales, the role focuses on demand generation, enterprise client engagement, and closing high-value B2B deals across global markets. The individual will work closely with founders, leadership, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions. This position also plays a key role in building strategic partnerships and strengthening NextGenSoft's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting discovery proposal negotiation closure.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline for services including:
Cloud & DevOps
Data Engineering Gen-AI & AI Agents Application Modernization
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
2. Marketing & Demand Generation
Work with leadership to define and execute sales & marketing strategy.
Drive outbound campaigns using:
Apollo / Email sequences
Upwork / Clutch / Partner referrals
Collaborate on content-led marketing:
Case studies
Whitepapers
Website content
LinkedIn thought leadership posts
Track campaign performance and continuously optimize lead quality.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as the first point of contact for prospects.
Conduct discovery calls, understand business pain points, and map them to NextGenSoft solutions.
Coordinate with technical SMEs to prepare:
Proposals
Statements of Work (SoW)
Commercials & pricing
Build long-term client relationships with CXOs, CTOs, and Product Heads.
4. Partnerships & Alliances
Identify and build partnerships with:
Cloud providers
Product companies
Consulting firms
Support co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Represent NextGenSoft in webinars, events, and partner discussions.
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain CRM hygiene (Leads, Opportunities, Follow-ups).
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports:
Pipeline
Conversion ratios
Revenue forecasts
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience Must-Have
710 years of experience in IT Services / Technology Sales.
Proven track record of closing B2B deals (mid-size to enterprise).
Strong understanding of:
Cloud (AWS/Azure)
DevOps & Modern Engineering
Data & AI services
Experience selling to US / Europe / UK clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work directly with founders and senior stakeholders. 3

Experience working in a startup or fast-growing services company.
Exposure to Gen-AI, Data Platforms, Snowflake, or AI Agents.
Hands-on experience with: Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Existing network in tech startups, SaaS, or enterprises.
