This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Vadodara. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategizing and implementing growth initiatives, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting market research, and designing long-term partnerships. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to business expansion initiatives.

• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Engagement, and Lead Generation
• Experience in Market Research, Business Strategy, and Sales Planning
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
• Experience working in start-up consultancy or similar industries is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals
