Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing client accounts, designing business proposals, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to expand the client base and provide tailored solutions to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development, lead generation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in creating business proposals and defining go-to-market strategies
  • Marketing and sales knowledge, including campaign design, marketing communications, and lead nurturing
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in assessing market trends and evaluating ROI
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding business growth targets
  • Understanding of SME challenges and ability to devise customized marketing solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in using digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
