We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our business
presence across domestic and/or international markets. The role involves telesales (telly calling), lead
generation, converting leads into meetings, and managing the complete sales lifecycle while building strong
relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned domestic and/or international markets.
- Conduct telesales/telly calling to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
- Generate qualified leads through calling, networking, and market research.
- Convert leads into meetings, demos, or business discussions with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies, financial institutions, legal firms, and insurance companies.
- Pitch company products/services effectively to generate leads and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements.
- Track follow-ups, maintain sales pipelines, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, telesales, or business development (any sector).
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and converting leads into meetings.
- Experience in either domestic or international markets is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
