This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, developing strategies to expand the client base, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. Regular engagement with senior stakeholders and contributing to long-term business objectives are integral parts of the role.

• Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Contract Development, and Closing Deals
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of industry trends, business landscapes, or experience in consultancy services is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
