Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development ManagerIT Staffing Domestic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Staffing, excellent industry connections, and the ability to secure new clients while ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams for quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new clients for IT staffing positions (contract and full-time).
- Leverage existing contacts and build relationships with Implementing Partners, Client Vendor Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Initiate and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs)with clients.
- Requirement Management:
- Obtain new IT staffing requirements from clients.
- Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure quality and timely submissions.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and vendor managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly analyze competitors and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team regarding business development progress and client interactions.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clients and the internal team to achieve staffing goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT staffing business development, preferably with established contacts in implementing partner companies.
- Strong network with Client Vendor Managersin the IT staffing space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical job requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets consistently.
- Experience in securing and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs)is highly preferred.
