Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development ManagerIT Staffing Domestic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Staffing, excellent industry connections, and the ability to secure new clients while ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams for quality submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Client Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new clients for IT staffing positions (contract and full-time).
  • Leverage existing contacts and build relationships with Implementing Partners, Client Vendor Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Initiate and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs)with clients.
  1. Requirement Management:
  • Obtain new IT staffing requirements from clients.
  • Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure quality and timely submissions.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and vendor managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Regularly analyze competitors and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
  1. Reporting and Communication:
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team regarding business development progress and client interactions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between clients and the internal team to achieve staffing goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT staffing business development, preferably with established contacts in implementing partner companies.
  • Strong network with Client Vendor Managersin the IT staffing space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand and present technical job requirements effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets consistently.
  • Experience in securing and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs)is highly preferred.
