Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad is for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, developing market insights, managing cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives, and meeting revenue targets. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business development, market research, and strategic planning
  • Experience in client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology services or consulting
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
