Role Description

Armanaa is looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales, build partnerships, and represent the brand in the interiors & architecture ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and manage end-to-end sales for modular kitchens & interiors
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers & channel partners
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements & pitch suitable solutions
  • Follow up on warm leads, site visits & convert inquiries into sales
  • Plan and execute marketing activities & local promotions
  • Maintain CRM/database and create weekly sales reports
  • Stay updated with market trends & competitor activities
  • Represent Armanaa professionally during client interactions and events

Requiremnets

  • Graduate/PG/MBA preferred
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Experience in interior design, modular kitchen, furniture, or architecture industry is required
  • Ability to manage BD operations independently
  • Self-motivated, target-driven & good at follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of marketing & lead nurturing
