Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong for the role of Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role includes conducting market research, negotiating contracts, overseeing sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. The manager will also work closely with internal departments to ensure the alignment of business goals and operations.

• Strong experience in Business Development, including client account management, lead generation, and market research
• Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Strategic Partnerships development
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for building long-term client relationships
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and identifying market trends
• Experience in travel and tourism or a related industry is highly desirable
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
