Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Rohini, with opportunities for partial remote work. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth for the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting potential clients, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to support business objectives and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
• Experience in Lead Generation, Market Analysis, and Competitive Research
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Client Communication, and Stakeholder Management
• Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, and Decision Making
• Basic understanding of digital services such as Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing is a plus
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey complex ideas effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with strong self-discipline and organizational skills
