Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for our on-site location in Gurugram. The role involves identifying potential clients and business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Analytical thinking, Market Research, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Team collaboration and Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the commercial real estate or coworking space industry is highly desirable
  • Strong ability to meet targets, adapt to market trends, and think creatively about business challenges
