Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to acquire new clients for our Payroll Services and Staffing Solutions. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a pure client acquisition role with a strong focus on B2B sales in the HR services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for Payroll Management and Staffing Solutions
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Pitch recruitment, contract staffing, and payroll outsourcing services to prospective clients
  • Understand client manpower and payroll requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers (HR Heads, CEOs, Founders)
  • Required Skills & Competencies

    • Strong experience in B2B sales within recruitment, staffing, or payroll services
    • Proven ability to acquire new clients and close deals independently
    • Good understanding of Payroll compliance, contract staffing, and permanent hiring models
