Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive new client acquisition and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires a consultative selling approach, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to hunt and close large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise accounts.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, decision-makers) to understand business needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline through proactive hunting activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Pre-sales, Customer Success) to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales in UAE & APAC.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience in new client acquisition and enterprise hunting.
  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in FinTech / SaaS / B2B technology sales.
  • Exposure to selling to banks, NBFCs, enterprises, or large corporates.

Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
