We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who can sell complex, engineered services and custom solutions to OEMs, Tier 1 manufacturers, and small-to-large organizations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fast conversions, navigate procurement teams and create trust quickly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive new business acquisition by promoting & selling prototype parts to OEMs, Tier 1 companies, and other organizations
2. Identify, engage, and convert new customers through cold calls, physical meetings, and relationship-driven selling
3. Work closely with R&D, design, and production teams on the client side
4. Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
5. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
6. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve aggressive growth targets
Required Experience & Skills
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B technical sales
2. Proven track record of acquiring new customers in mid to large-scale organizations
3. Hands-on experience dealing with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams
4. Must be able to understand CAD drawings.
5. Comfortable with repeated cold calling, follow-ups, and on-ground customer visits
6. Aggressive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
