Position: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy and expand our market presence in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, universities, and strategic partners globally
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to exceed targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Represent AES at education fairs, seminars, and networking events
- Drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition and retention strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling campaigns and initiatives
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management
Required Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in education/study abroad sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets
- Strong understanding of international education landscape and visa processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
