About the Role:ValueDX is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US Healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with experience in identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle for technology and business solutions catering to healthcare providers, payers, and allied service organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the US Healthcare domain.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and strategic partners.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design suitable healthcare business or digital transformation solutions.
- Represent ValueDX at client meetings, industry events, and virtual discussions to promote offerings.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of proven sales/business development experience in the US Healthcare industry (provider, payer, or healthcare technology solutions).
- Strong understanding of healthcare business processes such as RCM, patient engagement, care coordination, or healthcare IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an individual contributor capacity.
- Comfortable working in US shifts from the Baner, Pune office (Work from Office).
